Personal data I process

I process your personal data because you use my services and/or because you provide this data to me.

Below is an overview of the personal data I process:

• First and last name
• Bank account number
• Address details
• Phone number
• Email address

Special and/or sensitive personal data I process

My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. I cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent personal data being collected without parental consent. If you believe I have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact me at jorijn@jorijn.com and I will delete it.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

I process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Handling your payment
• Calling or emailing you if this is necessary to carry out my services
• Informing you about changes to my services and products
• I also process personal data if I am legally required to do so, such as data needed for my tax filings.

Automated decision-making

I do not make decisions based on automated processing that could have significant consequences for individuals. There is no automated decision-making without human involvement.

How long I keep personal data

I keep your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. I apply the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

• Invoice and payment data: statutory fiscal retention period.
• Contact and SiteScan data: as long as needed to handle your request.

Sharing personal data with third parties

I share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary to perform the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on my behalf, I sign a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. I remain responsible for these processing activities. I only share your personal data with other third parties with your explicit consent.

Cookies or similar technologies

I do not use cookies or similar technologies.

Accessing, correcting, or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by me. You also have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to have the personal data I hold about you sent to you or another organization you specify in a computer file.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing to jorijn@jorijn.com.

To verify that the request for access was made by you, I ask you to include a copy of your ID. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
