Order (or talk it through first).
Short intake: I usually call within 1 business day.
I set everything up: domain connection (DNS settings), mailboxes and baseline settings.
Configure your devices: Mac, Windows, iOS/Android, Outlook, etc.
Transition: if you already have mail, we’ll decide what makes sense (migration/forwarding/aliases).

FAQ about email hosting

I already have a domain. Can I use it?

Yes. In most cases your domain can stay where it is; I’ll help you connect it (DNS settings: where your domain points). If you prefer everything in one place, moving it is also possible.

Can I move my existing email?

Often, yes. If your current mailbox supports IMAP, moving messages is usually straightforward. For simple cases I’ll help you; for complex migrations we’ll align upfront.

How do backups work?

I make daily backups. If something goes wrong or you lose something, it can often be restored.

Am I locked in?

No. You pay monthly and you can cancel monthly. And because your email address is tied to your own domain, you can always switch later.

Can I scale later?

Yes. Extra email addresses are € 1/month and add +2GB to the storage pool.
